Pipers Dance track 14 question.?

In case You do not know,Pipers Dance is a CD with Celtic/Scottish music.A very beautiful CD I must admit.But I keep thinking I`ve heard track 14(the last track)somewhere before.I just don`t know where!If any of You have listened to it,is it an old Scottish Hymn or something?I know I`ve heard before... but where?
